Return & Exchange Policy
At Dog & Pony Show, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with original tags attached, and accompanied by your receipt. (If your order was placed on dogandponyshow.com, we’ll have your purchase on file—no paper receipt needed.)

Return Label: To start a return, please contact us at the following email address: hello@dogandponyshow.com. Please type RETURN or EXCHANGE in your email subject and simply list the following in the body of your email:
- your name
- phone number
- order #
- name of the item you would like to return
- reason for the return (i.e., wrong size, wrong color, damaged, etc.).
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@dogandponyshow.com.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please let us know when requesting your return label and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
