BLUE RIDGE TRAILBLAZER “Footstool”

A little Blue Ridge adventure with a sense of humor! This one-of-a-kind functional art footstool celebrates the trails and layered mountain views of Western North Carolina. Recycled denim in graduated shades of blue is hand-cut and applied to create the mountain landscape, topped by a colorful hand-painted sunset sky.

 Rolled denim “hiking legs,” rugged boots, and natural walking sticks transform the footstool into a whimsical hiker who looks ready to hit the trail. Traditional upholstery details and decorative nailheads complete the piece.
