A striking 100% rabbit felt in one of hat-making’s most coveted, premium shades—silver belly—warmed by subtle sun-worn shading along the crown. Wrapped with a silk band imprinted in warm brown dye with a handmade copper block called a batik tjap, used to create the pattern. Frayed edges and hand-stitched X's give the band a heirloom, well-loved quality, while a pale sage silk ribbon ties it off with a delicate knotted bow.
Part hat, part textile artistry, this piece pairs a classic, sought-after felt color with Heather Davis’s signature handmade detailing.
